General conditions of Sale

Orders should be sent to JF Lecomte, La Grande Davauderie, 61360 St Jouin de Blavou, France.
In accordance with article L 121.16 of the Consumer's Code, the buyer benefits from a 7 day reflection period on receipt of the article purchased.
During this period, the purchaser may cancel his order and return the article at his own expense.
He will subsequently be reimbursed for the amount paid (excluding delivery costs).

From the moment the article is sent off for delivery, the seller cannot be held liable for its loss or destruction, unless otherwise agreed. Liability passes to the buyer from the time the article is posted, and he must therefore bear any insurance costs.

Delivery is at the cost of the buyer. In the event of a disagreement on delivery, any claim must therefore be addressed to the company responsible for forwarding the package.

The delivery times mentioned in the terms of sale are based on average delivery times experienced. The seller cannot be held responsible for any delays in the postal delivery service.

In the event of a dispute, any disagreement will come under the jurisdiction of the local courts under French law.
